NIC teaming and VMware ESX hosts

I was sent a link to a great article on the NIC teaming options available for ESX hosts and how to configure teaming on the ESX Hosts via vSphere. It also provides examples of what needs to happen on the network infrastructure (CISCO used in this example) to make it happen. All to often articles concentrate on a single technology and you end up with only half the story, and more google fu required to get the complete picture.
